Another in my series of crocheted hand woven tweed doodle cushions.
If I actually had a clue what I wanted to see in the final piece, which I never do, I’d like to think this wonderful new tweed design would have been it. But there’s a reason I call them doodle cushions. My doodle mentality means I just “let it happen” as I go along. Dreaming up the colour combinations and weaving pattern on the fly. And I get an amazing sense of joy with every cushion I complete. Here’s the distinctly different pattern designs for this new cushion… dark shades for one side, light shades on the flip side. And oh so spicy throughout!
After 47 hours, over 8 days, I'm thrilled to introduce my "Cayenne Confetti Tweed" doodle cushion.
I treat my crochet hooks and weaving needles like a pen in my hand. Each cushion is an original work of art. The designs are different on each side of this reversible, stuffed, designer pillow.
This cushion measures approx 14”x14”x4”.
Care: hand wash in cold water and air dry
Crocheted and woven with polyester yarns and stuffed with a polyester fill pillow insert.
